If you are looking for a costume to show off your Gamecock pride, grab two friends and be "Carolina born, Carolina bred and Carolina dead." All three of you should be in your most Cocky-ed out game day attire. For "Carolina born," wear a USC bib (you may want to cut one out of construction paper and decorate it with markers), carry around your drink in a bottle and even wear a diaper over your pants if you wish. "Carolina bred" simply tapes a couple of slices of bread to his or her USC shirt. "Carolina dead" thinks up a way to die and uses fake blood to achieve that realistic quality.
Party City, along with most costume shops, sells solid-color bodysuits. Buy a nude one of these, wear it under the coat you will surely need in this weather, and you are a nudist. This costume is perfect for shocking people, as every time you briefly open up your coat, somebody is bound to catch it just out of the corner of the eye and assume you actually are naked.
Want to show off your moves on the dance floor this Halloween? Wear all black, and paint your face black as well. Tape a neon-colored piece of construction paper to your back and wear your iPod. Start dancing and swinging your hair around, and you are the iPod commercial.
Another easy costume is to be a tourist. Throw on a Hawaiian shirt, some socks and sandals and your sunglasses. You can carry around your camera and fanny-pack or map if you want to go all out.
Why not go as everybody's favorite puzzle, a Sudoku? This costume is a bit more time-consuming than the rest, but very easy to make. Simply cut two large cardboard squares (or just use the sides of a box), punch holes in them for string to tie so that the pieces hang off your shoulders across your front and back and then draw the puzzle on them. When drawing the Sudoku, make sure to use a ruler and color the nine larger boxes darker than the nine smaller boxes within the large ones. Also, make sure to use a real puzzle as your model so that if people decide to solve you they will be able to finish.
